My partner and I just recently started trying to conceive with a donor. We are trying watching my cycle and home insemination. According to LadyTimer, my most pertile day was the 21st. We tried our most recent insemination on the 22nd (yesterday). My cylces last from 32 - 48 days. When should I try that first HPT?

Also, just a side questions, has anyone out there ever had what appeared to be a regular cycle, but they were actually pregnant? As in, you had a cycle, seemed fairly regular, some some signs of pregnancy were there and you were in fact pregnant.
