Ive been trying to get pregnant for 3 years now. I feel as if something is wrong with me because everyone around me is getting what i want.... to have a wonderful child.... Im actually losing hope abouot having a baby. It gets really depressing when you try so hard, but yet it doesnt work. Me and my fiance have been trying for 3 yrs. I just dont know what to do anymore... any advice????
i am in your shoes. me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for a year and a half so i know how stressful it can be. my hormones are off so i think that is the problem with me and my menstrual cycle is too long and not accurate at all. just keep hope and believe!

The best time to get pregnant is during ovulation, which I'm sure all of you know. No need in spending a lot of money on kits when you body gives you a sign, outside of Basal temperature. There is a discharge between periods that is like egg yolk. Thin slimy unlike yeast discharge.
Another thing that works is PRAYER! I have one now and want another baby soon. God will do it all in His time, just make sure you are really ready.
If you smoke, drink alcohol, or do street drugs this may not be the best thing for you, not now. Because everything you do effects your unborn child.
Also, check your relationship those who have been in long relationship, why are you not married to your mate? This may determine wether or not you really want to bring a child int he midst.
Last but not least, why do you want a baby? Babies are hard work even after they turn 18, I know I stil give my Mommie a run for her money.

I have one child hes about 20 months and now im trying to have another. Ive been trying for about 10 months but my periods are not normal. They last maybe 3 days and they are very light. So far ladytime has been accurate. But i still dont know why i havent gotten pregnant yet.
I have been trying so hard to get pregnant. I want nothing more than to have a baby with the man I am in love with!! I was on started depo and decided half way through that I wanted a baby. I was due for another shot 3 months ago and didnt get it because I obviously wanted to try to conceive. We have only been trying for about 3 months but we havnt gotten pregnant yet. I know it hasnt been long but it sure seems like it. I am so ready to be a mother and I just dont see why its so hard for all of us to get pregnant when we want it so bad! But yet all of these people not fit to be mothers get pregnant after one time! Doesnt make sense to me at all!!
Brittnei, hun you are way too young to be a mother...yeah i know how bad you want one cuz i'm right there with you but unless you are married and in a stable relationship then it's not a good idea to have a baby...so far you're one of the lucky few...i had just turned 18 less than a month before i had my daughter but i gave her up for adoption and my aunt and uncle adopted her cuz it's not fair to your child to only have a one parent home no matter how much you think you love your boyfriend...plus you're not mature enough yet to take care of a baby...and i'm not saying this to be mean but no 18 year old these days is...back in the day when your great grandmother was our age yeah they were ready but people were so much more mature at an earlier age than we are now.
mbecvar199, the most logical reason as to why you haven't gotten pregnant yet other than the fact that it takes a while for the depo to completely get out of your system is the fact that god doesn't think you're ready to handle a baby yet no mater how ready you may think you are
