A six month old baby would not be able to tell when someone is happy or sad.
Six month old babies are very in tune with the emotions of people around them, such as their parents or siblings. When someone is happy or sad, the baby may reflect that emotion through their facial expressions or noises (cooing, laughing, versus crying).
If a newborn baby cries more than usual, and seems very unhappy, uncomfortable, or in pain, it is a sign they might have colic.
Colicky babies cry more often than other babies, for no apparent reason. They may turn bright red, swallow gasps of air, and clench their fists during crying. These behaviors usually begin several weeks after the baby has been born, and may last up to three months.

Sperm may survive for up to a week in the fallopian tubes.
Because sperm can survive in the fallopian tubes for up to a week, you don't have to time sex to the exact moment you ovulate to get pregnant.
Endometriosis is the result of the lack of necessary uterine tissue growth.
Endometriosis occurs when tissue that normally grows in the uterus implants and grows in other locations. This extra tissue growth — and the surgical removal of it — can cause scarring, which may obstruct the tube and keep the egg and sperm from uniting.
Pelvic pain is a symptom found in all women with Endometriosis.
Many women with endometriosis have pelvic or abdominal pain, particularly with their menstrual bleeding or with sex. Some women have no symptoms.
