Everyone suffers from morning sickness.
Morning sickness is the norm of pregnancy, with around two thirds of women suffering through the unrelenting nausea and unpleasant vomiting. But women should not worry if they end up experiencing none of these horrid symptoms; rather, they should count their lucky stars that they are one of the lucky few who get to skip that part.
Irregular periods after a miscarriage are normal.
A woman’s body following a miscarriage has experienced a major trauma, so it’s perfectly acceptable for the body to take some time to get back to normal. By irregular periods, it means heavier or lighter than average periods or skipped periods.
When held above the ground, or seated in a bouncing chair above the ground, a four-month-old baby should push his or her legs against a hard surface.
At four months, a baby’s leg muscles are beginning to form. When his or her feet connect with the ground, and their bodies are being supported, a four month old should push back against the floor, straightening his or her legs out.
It is typical for some 18 month olds to be unable to walk independently.
By 18 months a baby should have developed the ability to walk alone, including standing up, balancing, and taking steps. Babies who cannot walk by 18 months should be evaluated by their physician.
Your newborn should produce a wet diaper every 1-5 hours.
Infants may urinate as often as 1-3 hours or as infrequently as 4-6 hours. Contact your doctor for recommendations on how to make sure your baby is hydrated, and how to monitor for illnesses or infections.
