Exercise can result in a miscarriage
There is no scientific evidence that links exercise with a miscarriage. Although certain kinds of exercise will need to be stopped as the pregnancy progresses. For example, marathon running and mountain biking are not exactly suitable for a woman who is 7 months pregnant. A doctor should be consulted on what kinds of exercise are okay and what should be stopped for the duration of the pregnancy.
By the age of four months, a baby should be able to:

Drinking alcohol is not associated with infertility in men.

PCOS is caused by abnormal egg production.
The exact cause of polycystic ovary syndrome is unknown. Early diagnosis and treatment along with weight loss may reduce the risk of long-term complications, such as type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
Hyperprolactinemia is a reversible cause of infertility that can be managed with medication.
It can be managed medically with simple medication, such as bromocriptine and cabergoline, which normalizes serum prolactin levels, restoration of gonadal function, reversing infertility caused by hyperprolactinemia and induces reduction in the prolactinoma size in the majority of patients.
Some pills contain progestogen hormones and some of them contain a combination of two hormones: progestogen and oestrogen.
These hormones are similar to the hormones naturally produced in women’s ovaries. The progestogen-only pill is sometimes called ‘the ‘mini-pill’ or the POP.
