A four-month-old baby is too young to enjoy playing with toys.
A four-month-old baby should recognize toys, particularly ones that rattle, make fun noises, or are bright in color. They may reach for toys, shake toys, or swing at dangling toys.
A flat spot on the back or side of your newborn’s head is normal and can be ignored.
Babies are born with soft heads, allowing them room for their brains to grow. If a baby lays or sleeps in one position too often, that portion of his or her head may become flat, called “flat head syndrome”. If babies are laying down most of the day, this syndrome is more likely. To avoid flat head syndrome, hold your baby for periods of time during the day, either in your arms or in a baby carrier, change their sleeping position regularly, and practice appropriate amounts of “tummy time”.

In vitro Fertilization (IVF) is the implantation of a sperm into an egg while still in the ovary of the woman.
Eggs are removed from your ovaries and are fertilized with sperm in a laboratory. A fertilized egg is then transferred to your uterus, with the hope that it will implant itself.
Egg quality improves with age.
Egg quality declines significantly in the late 30s and early 40s.
Hyperprolactinemia is a reversible cause of infertility that can be managed with medication.
It can be managed medically with simple medication, such as bromocriptine and cabergoline, which normalizes serum prolactin levels, restoration of gonadal function, reversing infertility caused by hyperprolactinemia and induces reduction in the prolactinoma size in the majority of patients.
